One last update for the month! 😂
The smoke tests are going out for the Backerkit surveys! About 5% of backers will receive their surveys today, and in day or so, everyone will receive their survey. Once you've filled out your survey, you will be able to access your digital rewards!
Orders will not be locked immediately—I will be doing that much closer to shipping time, once all the books have been printed and made it safely to my fulfillment partner. An update will come with that, and Backerkit will also send you notice emails when orders are locked and cards charged for shipping/extra add-ons!
Until then, for the next update I should either have some shiny pics of the proof copy, or of the stickers and bookmarks, whichever arrives first.

Hi everyone!
Sorry about the update I sent a few hours ago! I messed up and forgot I need to send out general surveys first before digital rewards can go out. I thought I could distribute digital rewards before the shipping surveys, but I wasn't remembering correctly. So, it shows as distributed on my end but no one actually got their digital rewards. Ugh!
I will get the Backerkit surveys set up ASAP and sent out by the end of the week so y'all can actually access your ebooks/audiobooks!
Again, so so sorry about that, and I'm getting it fixed!

Just dropping in to let everyone know that while I'm working on getting the proof files all finalized, I've gotten the digital rewards up on Backerkit and you should've gotten an email about them! You should be able to access them without any extra Backerkit survey steps, so please let me know if you have any trouble!

And we got that final interior illustration!! 🥰

So! Next steps are:

Kickstarter takes about 2 weeks to process funds. Until then, we're just waiting (and I'll be drawing!) and after that processes, I can start setting up the proof!
- In the meantime, I'll also be setting up Backerkit so we can get shipping surveys sorted and final counts on everything! I'll let you know before I send out those surveys (and addresses won't be locked until far later, near when we're about to ship).
- Late pledges will stay open for a little while, after that, the Backerkit shop will be open if you would like to pledge or if you need to pledge there if you're having any troubles with Kickstarter!
- Along the same lines, you'll have a few days to fix any issues with your card if Kickstarter messages you about it! If there are any issues, make sure to fix it ASAP so you don't lose access to the campaign!
That's all for now! I'll get back to the art while the campaign processes, and update you when I have new pieces!
